The Stariya Drum area is located 24 km from the capital Sofia, it the locality of Stolnik village. Some of the main thoroughfares in Bulgaria are situated in the vicinity of our properties - Hemus motorway, Trakia motorway, Main road Nr.6, the planned Rila motorway, two of the main railways (Sofia-Burgas and the trans-european Sofia-Plovdiv-Svilengrad-Istanbul). Important infrastructural systems like the central gas and oil pipelines of the country are also located in the area. The property is accessible from Main road Nr.6 and the Sofia-Burgas railway through an asphalted community road. According to the Master plan, after the planned reconstruction of the road, our land is going to have an egress directly on Main road Nr.6.
