The Krachelo area is located 24 km from the capital Sofia, in the locality of Stolnik village. Some of the main thoroughfares in Bulgaria are situated in the vicinity of our properties - Hemus motorway, Trakia motorway, Main road Nr.6, the planned Rila motorway, two of the main railways (Sofia-Burgas and the trans-european Sofia-Plovdiv-Svilengrad-Istanbul). Important infrastructural systems like the central gas and oil pipelines of the country are also located in the area. The land is situated directly on the Sofia-Burgas railway and Main road Nr. 6.
